"The pentahotel Liège is a solid choice for a short stay of two to three nights, mainly thanks to its convenient location — just a 5-minute walk from the tram stop, which makes getting around the city easy. That said, the hotel is clearly dated. The room showed visible signs of wear: worn-out carpet, tired curtains, and a very old heating unit. The TV didn't work during my stay, though that wasn't a dealbreaker for me personally. The bathroom was mostly clean, but the towels were noticeably worn and faded. The view from the window looked out onto a parking garage and a rather grimy inner courtyard. On the positive side, the bed was genuinely comfortable and the bed linen felt high quality. The complimentary water dispenser in the lobby was a nice, practical touch. The bar area always seemed lively and had a welcoming atmosphere. I didn't use the breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Overall, for the price paid, the value felt below average. It's acceptable for a quick overnight or short trip, but I wouldn't expect much beyond the basics."

"Paid for parking but no guaranted place for parking was there. After waiting for 45 mins, was asked to park my car blocking other parked cars and leaving my mobile no. behind so that the other car owners can call me to move my car. This chaos is because parking is shared between hotel guests and local guests visiting the restaurant. Other than this everything was superb."

"Schöner Wellnessbreich. In der Juniorsuite stünden ein paar Reparaturen an ( Zargen der Duschtüre sind defekt und Eingangstüre schleift am Boden). Die Klimaanlage kühlt gut, auch bei sommerluchen Temperaturen."

"Die Standardzimmer sind geräumig und funktional eingerichtet jedoch leider ohne Kühlschrank. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerreinigung war nicht so gut, da noch Krümmel von Vorgänger auf dem Teppich waren. Das wurde jedoch umgehend vom Personal beseitigt. Positiv: Man kann das Fenster ankippen und die Klimaanlage ausschalten. Zentrale Lage. Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar (Geschäfte, Dom, Rathaus, Eurogress). Die Tiefgarage wird fremdbewirtschaftet (ca. 21€ Tagesticket) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel."

"In die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Wird gerade oder muss gerade renoviert, werden jedoch sehr nette neue Inhaber. Die den mangelnden Komfort wieder wettmachen ☺️"
