Finde Vitola Fine Cigars Hotels

„Location, comfort.“

„Cleanliness of the room was really bad. You could tell that housekeeping has given up on the place it appears. Even after requesting an additional cleaning only minor issues were cleaned up. A shame for such a new hotel in a nice location (we liked Homewood a lot).“

„Location was ideal. The Internet service was poor which led me to use my cellphone hotspots to attend business meetings. In addition, communication with some staff members was at time difficult due to language barrier or lack of customer service.“

„Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Over all a very pleasant stay.“

„The lobby was nice, however, the room was little disappointing. The room did not feel well maintained. The shower nozzle didn’t work and the walls were in need of a cleaning/painting. I will say…the manager checked us in and he was the NICESTTTT!!!!!“

„This property has certain rules in place that customers definitely don't see, and not explained upon check in. I feel certain things needs to be explained to customers especially when the property will charge large sums of money. It's not fair to guests“

„Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Für armerikansche Verhältnisse eine recht reichhaltiges Frühstück. Service war sehr gut. Zimmer leider ohne Kühlschrank. “

„Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room ...

„I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!“

„Great location - reasonablely priced - excellent dinner resturants very close by.“
