„The hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.“

„The hotel lost power during Isiais due to a blown transformer. The staff was incredible during the entire process! Would definitely stay here again!“

„Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and neat. Over all a very pleasant stay.“

„This property has certain rules in place that customers definitely don't see, and not explained upon check in. I feel certain things needs to be explained to customers especially when the property will charge large sums of money. It's not fair to guests“

„Tip top hotel for my business trip. I will book it again for my next trip to Birmingham. Clean rooms, nice personal, good breakfast, good price, well working WIFI.“

„when I reached the hotel yesterday I checked in and the room was completely messy and in an unacceptable condition. So I contacted my agent today and I asked and tell him that I would not like to stay in the hotel and he checked me out but I had still stuff in the room. So this night I came to that hotel to pick up my stuff. First of all I would not able to access the door and secondly they told me there was nothing in the room. They have cleaned up the room and they have taken everything away ...

„Great room design.“

„Location, comfort.“

„Great Hotel with big rooms and complementary Dinner. Only thing we do not liked is when employee touching our Baby. “

„Gutes Hotel für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Für armerikansche Verhältnisse eine recht reichhaltiges Frühstück. Service war sehr gut. Zimmer leider ohne Kühlschrank. “

„Nice but basically an unattended VBRO. Have a number to call for “emergencies”. No mention our room was on 3rd floor with no elevator until we arrived. No coffee or tea pods available (any floor) Monday am but staff had clearly added water to the common area(s) Keurig. No response to texts sent to Ashely about pods or checkout. Parking lighting didn’t always work. Parking is lot that says hotel only but there is nowhere to register your car- so how do you know it won’t be towed? Door to room ...

„I came to town to have a procedure done at Grandview Hospital. Due to the type of procedure I had, Annette, the lady who cleaned my room, made sure that I had plenty of towels and bath rags to stay clean. She also checked on me multiple times during my stay to make sure I was feeling well and recuperating as I should be. I cannot say enough great things about Annetta!“
