San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino
Everyone on staff is polite and friendly- whoever does the hiring for these people is spot on! Last year I stayed in a nice hotel in Isla Verde but I missed the Marriott Stelaris (where I had stayed around 8 or 9 times). So I came back this year and was very happy to be there. Superior service.

Yes the room was clean. The staff at the desk had poor attidues and had us wait a very long gome for the 3 rooms that we had.
