Geplant als backpacker urlaub kehrten wir dann ins vinpearl ein, weil wir einfach bicht mehr weiter wussten und waren hellau begeistert. Schöne pool anlage, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Toll gepflegte Anlage mit sauberem Strand und sauberem pool etc. Jedoch ging im Zimmer der Fön nicht mega gut und es zeigte sich ein wenig rest-schimmel am Waschbecken, wo nicht jeder hinschaut. „La receptioniste Thu Thuy très charmante accueillante et très serviable. Elle nous a offert un excellent service durant notre séjour. Elle nous a rendu un service exceptionnel car nous avions oublié nos passeports dans le coffret de sécurité et à très bien gérée la situation en nous le faisons parvenir à notre autre Hôtel. Ce petit hôtel de 4 étage comprenant seulement 2 chambre par étage était charmant et à quelques pas de la plage. Nous le recommandons fortement. Super bon rapport qualité ...

„Wir haben eine Suite gebucht und eine schöne große Suite bekommen. Man konnte leider nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen, da eine Riesen Beachbar nebenan richtig Lärm macht mit sehr lauter Musik und permanenten Laserstrahlern und das jeden Tag bis 2 Uhr. Leider sind die Fenster nicht schallisoliert.“

„Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here. “

„I stayed here during my time on the island last week. I arrived to the address listed at a round 9pm after my flight, I didn’t utilize the airport shuttle service and upon my arrival, nobody was there for checkin. My mistake as I thought I only had to reach out in advance if I required the shuttle service as it says check in is available until midnight. This quickly got resolved and the manager sent someone to let us in. When the employee arrived, he took us to a different homestay location. ...
