„Dieses Hotel scheint in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Die Hälfte der Fitnessgeräte ist defekt. Safety im Zimmer funktioniert nicht. Das Essen in Hotelrestaurant (Brasserie ist katastrophal. jedoch das Frühstückbuffet ist sehr vielfältig und von sehr guter Qualität. Das Hotel liegt etwa 3 Km ausserhalb von Vientianne und bittet keinen Shuttle ins Zentrum an höchstens gegen 20 US Dollar!!!!“

„From check-in to check-out great service. Room was clean and had new television and cold air conditioner. Laundry can be done on site. The breakfast buffet was always delicious. The restaurant beside hotel had great food.“

„We stayed at Vientienne overnight to transfer from Laos to Vietnam and choose to stay here. The hotel is brand new and the attention to the details of the staff, their helpfullness and kindness was distinguishing. Spa, pool and rooftop bar was a bonus with a nice view of the monument. They also have a more resort style hotel called Souphattra Heritage, this one looked more like for business travelers which we loved to enjoy the quietness over the weekend.“
