„One night in Vientiane. Brand new hotel. The front desk staff went above and beyond for me! I forgot my backpack in the taxi from the airport and they helped me retrieve it! They booked me a driver to take me around the city last minute when I asked and they offered professional and kind service. Also helped me book my train ticket to my next destination. Breakfast has a huge array of offerings. The pool is spotless and long, great for laps! Would stay again! A special thanks to Mek, Paro, Mee, ...

„Very accommodating. Our flight arrived at 11 PM and we didn't get to the hotel until nearly 1 the next morning. They checked us in without issue. They also allowed us to buy one more night when we decided that we needed a little more time. The floor was very dirty. Like most people in Laos, they don't know how to properly clean a floor.
