● Pets are not permitted at this property. Guests traveling with a service animal are asked to notify us before arrival. Service animals must comply with applicable laws and booking platform policies and remain under the handler’s control at all times during the stay.

House Rules:

● No tolerance for loud noises or parties. Any fines issued by the strata due to disturbances will be passed to guests. Neighbors reporting loud noise or parties may result in immediate removal.

● No smoking on the property, including vaping

● Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

● No pets allowed

● Only registered guests are permitted in the suite

Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the property and fines.
