„The suite was perfect for us. Everything seemed new and very modern. We were visiting family at Royal Bay and location was perfect. Also very close to many restaurants and shopping. But good to know is that there is no ‘live’ TV. YouTube, Netflix and Prime all worked great on a large TV. Owner was very responsive and easy to contact.“

„We loved this place, warm and welcoming.The welcome basket was a very nice touch.Everything you could need for your stay.If we get the chance my friend and I would defiantly book again.Walking distance to all shops and services.On a bus route which was really handy for going into Victoria.Loved this place and would recommend it. It is close to the airport but after the first night we didn't even hear them.If you want a great place to stay in Sidney, this is your place.Thanks so much Jenn “

„Place was perfect for us. Within 5 mins of everywhere we needed to go. Was greatful it was not too hot or we may have been missing AC or needed more than one fan. We were there 3 nights. Great place, great price and would recommend to others.“

„Everything was as pictured and well appointed. The hosts were discreet and left us to our privacy and reassured us to just message them if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the two dachshunds when they were in the yard. Biking the trails was easy to access from here and Sidney town was a 25 minute walk away. All in all an excellent stay!“

„Beautiful view, well-equipped kitchen, very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, lots of space, parking and wifi available. Lots of hiking trails within close driving distance. Nice drive through forest on hilly, windy road to get to the property, easy to find with GPS“

„I had such a great stay and I had one of the best sleeps of my life! The mattress in the room I stayed in was a very expensive tempur pedic foam mattress and was unbelievably comfy. The hosts were very quick to reply to me and went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed. The suite stayed very cool in the heat and the space was very clean. I felt at home! “

„Awesome location, beautiful and spacious place. Victoria was very responsive and even reached out to check on us during our stay, to ensure we had what we needed. I would definitely stay here again. For those not us not from areas where basements are a thing, it’s good to know ahead of time that your windows don’t have views, and you’ll hear noises from above. Not an issue for us at all as we were out and about each day. Again, a wonderful stay, look forward to coming back! “
