The Bio-Suite Patio Garden is a modern and eco-friendly open-plan apartment located on the ground floor, just 300 meters from the sea and the famous Viareggio Promenade. The apartment combines cutting-edge green architecture (Energy Class A4) with the most modern technological comforts, thanks to an independent 3 kW photovoltaic system with a 5 kW storage battery, ensuring a quiet, sustainable, and environmentally friendly stay.

Upon arrival, bed linens and towels are provided and included, ensuring maximum comfort from the moment you arrive.
The contemporary-style apartment features a bright living area with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction stovetop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen is also stocked with plates, glasses, wine glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals independently.
You'll also find a handy breakfast trolley with a coffee machine, kettle, and a welcome kit of coffee, tea, and biscuits.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed (a crib is available upon request), while the modern bathroom, finished with elegant resin surfaces, offers a functional and welcoming environment.

The real highlight of the Bio-Suite Patio Garden is its outdoor space: a charming private courtyard for your exclusive use, equipped with a table for al fresco dining, two comfortable sun loungers, and a convenient outdoor shower with hot and cold water, ideal for cooling off after returning from the beach and avoiding bringing sand into the apartment.
