"Schönes, übersichtliches Hotel fussnahe zu Bahnhof, Bergbahnen, Shopping und vielen Restaurants. Sehr schöner Wellnessbereich mit Pool, Sauna, Dampfbad. Frühstücksbuffet sehr vielfältig und gut. Preis-/Leistung stimmt absolut - wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen."

"Wir haben am Matterhorn Ultraks teilgenommen, das Hotel war super gelegen dafür, wir konnten von unserem Balkon aus den Start/Ziel Bereich sehen. Und das Matterhorn, natürlich :) Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ich würde sogar sagen, das sauberste Hotelzimmer, in dem wir je waren. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls fantastisch. Ich persönlich hätte mir gewünscht, dass der Spa-Bereich auch am Morgen geöffnet hat. Desweiteren finde ich das Konzept anderer Hotels, spezifische Zeitslots für den Poolbereich einzurichten, sodass man seine Ruhe hat, hier empfehlenswert. Zu jedem Zeitpunkt, an dem wir in den Pool wollten, waren immer mindestens 5 Kinder anwesend, was ja voll ok ist, aber halt nicht der Vibe, den wir suchen. Also hätte ich mich über "Adults Only" Zeiten gefreut, hätten ja auch Randzeiten sein können wie früh morgens und später am Abend. Wir haben dann die Ruhe des Spa Bereichs aufgesucht, allerdings macht dieser erst um 15 Uhr auf. Wenn man also Morgens was in Richtung Wasseraktivitäten machen möchte, ist das nur im Trubel möglich."

"We wanted to escape the heat and also use a Hotels.com reward night (although we still had to pay 80 + 25 for our dog for the 160 CHF standard room) at the end of July. The staff was friendly and when we asked whether there is surely an aircon, since it was under the roof, they went somewhere to confirm and said "Yes the room has aircon". Well, the room did not have aircon! They had removed the remote. It was not super hot in the room, but we were not happy. We were also not happy to find trash under the bed (bad cleaning!) and that the minibar wasn't on (we needed the "fridge" for fruits). We were given a better room, but they said they have a problem with the aircon. Just so you know: THEY DO NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. However, the room was still fine and not too hot. Surprisingly, the baths were also really nice and refreshing even though it was 34 C outside and the baths are all 30 C+. I would absolutely not recommend it for the full price though."
