From the windows of the living area and the bedrooms you can see the Grand Canal and going down the street you are in the heart of Venice with its shops, taverns and wine bars.

So that you don't miss anything during your stay, the apartment is equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, wi-fi, hairdryer, iron, TV, as well as all kitchen appliances and utensils, including a wine cellar.

Thanks to its excellent location, you can reach the Rialto Bridge in just 2 minutes and St. Mark's Square in 10 minutes. The vaporetto stops located a few steps away will allow you to reach the main points of the city such as Piazzale Roma, the Santa Lucia train station, Marco Polo airport or other islands in the lagoon.

Check-ins are possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
