At Arrival, summertime in Venice (middle of August). Our booking for 4 nights in a Junior Suite was equipped with 2 active fans on the floor and was around 26/27 degrees warm (according to measurements). Air conditioning was working (according to front desk), according to us: not. Front Desk was helpful to set the right temperature and said we should wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to cool down the room (that all happened after Check in at 15:00). After coming back in the evening around 18/19 o‘clock, room was still at 26/17 degrees. Front desk offered a Standard Room on the ground floor which was way cooler and Air Conditioning was working (this air conditioning you could actually hear). They offered in the morning to relocate us to another Junior Suite, but we declined and Expedia offered to relocate us to a nearby hotel. Not to mentioned, they charged our credit card 3 times: 1 for taxes and deposit (when we checked in- okay), 1 time for around 155 € in the first night, which was not explainable by front desk, and after check out in the same night (we were not staying in the hotel) for about 450 €. I never signed the last 2 off or allowed them to take it. Hyatt Hotline said the accounting department will call me back. Therefor even when staff was trying to help and helpful, this is a Hotel I will not come back. 2 Scam charges on my credit card, no working AC in Junior Suite. Sorry not working for me.
