Eine äußerst praktische und entspannende Wohnung im zweiten Stockwerk, Teil eines antiken Palazzo im gehobenen Stadtteil San Samuele - eine ruhige und kultivierte Gegend mit Galerien und Antiquitätengeschäften, weit weg vom Trubel und doch in der Nähe von Campo Santo Stefano mit seinen einladenden Straßencafés und das Palazzo Grassi Museum für moderne Kunst.


Nur wenige Schritte vom berühmten "Palazzo Mocenigo" am Canal Grande entfernt - dem einstigen venezianischen Schlupfloch des "verrückten, schlecht und gefährlich zu kennen" britischen romantischen Dichters und Literaten Lord Byron (1788-1824) und Tür an Tür mit „Casa Veronese“ - Heim des herausragenden italienischen Renaissance-Malers Paolo Veronese aus dem 16. Jahrhundert; (Maler u.a. von „Hochzeit zu Kana“ und „Das Gastmahl im Hause des Levi“, das heute in der Accademia-Kunstakademie für Malerei und Skulptur direkt gegenüber der nahe gelegenen Accademia-Brücke hängt).


Ca 'Grassi 1 ist friedlich, hell und luftig und frisch in herrlichen Farben gehalten. Sie bietet eine WLAN-Internetverbindung und verfügt in Bezug auf die Unterbringung über ein geräumiges und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohn- / Esszimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche (machen Sie einen Halt im örtlichen Lebensmittel-/Feinkostgeschäft und Weinladen für Zutaten, um Ihren eigenen Favoriten zu kreieren, Geschirr zu Hause), zwei komfortable Doppelzimmer (eines groß, das andere kompakter und beide mit Doppelbetten) und zwei Badezimmer: eines mit Badewanne und das andere mit Dusche.


Lassen Sie sich von den nahe gelegenen Cafés und Restaurants verführen. Wenn Sie bereit sind, die unzähligen Reize der Stadt zu erkunden oder erneut zu besuchen, finden Sie nur wenige Minuten entfernt zwei Vaporetto-Haltestellen sowie eine Traghetto-Gondelfähre, welche während den Betriebszeiten (bitte vor Reiseantritt prüfen) Passagiere mit der Gondel über den Canal Grande zwischen der Calle Del Tragheto (in der Nähe von Sant'Angelo) und San Tomà im Stadtteil San Polo befördert.

Eine sehr komfortable Wahl in einer fabelhaften Lage - nur wenige Schritte von der Galerie der Innenarchitektin Chiarastella Cattana entfernt - ein diskret raffinierter Ausstellungsraum aus feinen und unverwechselbar gewebten Textilien und Möbeln und für die Duftliebhaber nur wenige Schritte bis zum Venedig-Outlet der berühmten florentinischen "Officina Profumo Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella", eine der ältesten Apotheken der Welt und ehemalige Duftherstellerin Caterina de' Medici.

Bei Anreisen zwischen 20:00 und 22:00 Uhr. Bei „verspäteter Anreise“ fällt ein Aufpreis in Höhe von 50 Euro an, der bei der Anreise in bar zu entrichten ist. Wir organisieren Anreisen zwischen Mitternacht und 13 Uhr mit einem Aufpreis von 100 Euro. Danach behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Kunden immer mit einem Zuschlag zu akzeptieren, der je nach Ankunftszeit zu beziffern ist.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in guter Lage

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Betten gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was fehlt, ist etwas mehr Geschirr, damit die Spülmaschine nicht halbleer laufen muss. Den Kaffeebereiter (nicht die Bialetti) kann man nicht richtig nutzen. Der Glasbehälter war wohl kaputt und das Ersatzglas taugt nicht.

Ca' Grassi A wonderful apartment

This two bedroom apartment is large with lots of light. The neighborhood is close to everything but down a quiet street, which makes you feel really a part of the neighborhood. There are two very good restaurants nearby. San Marco, the Accademia bridge and the Rialto are within walking distance This apartment has two bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Should you decide to cook, there is a good size kitchen with everything you will need. Perhaps best of all, Views On Venice the property managers are responsive, very helpful and always available. We have been in Venice many times and this group are the very best experience we have every had. We loved the apartment. Thank you Views On Venice....

Property manager was super easy to deal with and very helpful. Apartment was very spacious and in a great location. Kitchen was fully stocked. Lots of dishes. The two bathrooms were a good size but lack any type of shelving or small cabinets for toiletries. We had issues with the bedroom windows (in room #1) as they did not fully close properly and we had numerous mosquitoes coming in at night, resulting in lots of lost sleep and bites. The bedding provided was also very light considering the time of year, extra blankets were found in the storage closet but something more substantial would be appreciated. We loved the location but be warned the two flights of stairs up to the apartment is not for everyone and there is no lift.

Comfortable and quiet centrally located apartment in Venice.

This apartment was exactly as described. Very easy to get to via vaporetto stop S. Samuele, no bridges to lug our suitcases over. The bathrooms were large and the shower in one had good water pressure. The kitchen was well organized but we only used it for morning cappuccino. A very nice trattoria nearby with topical Venetian dishes.

2nd stay in this apartment & loved it as much as the first!

Beautiful and charming apartment is spacious with very high ceilings. Lovely updated bathrooms and kitchen add to the character. My 2nd stay here was wonderful. Added to the great apartment, the property manager, Views on Venice, is amazingly responsive, attentive and thoughtful. The only downside is the 37 stairs to the apartment. They didn't deter me!! Thanks so much!!

Communication was great! We were met where the water boat dropped us off and she walked us over to the apt and showed us around the apt and gave recommendations. Only thing is there was no espresso to make coffee—there was only instant coffee, which is not the same. But that’s minor issue unless you really need it at home, then you may want to bring some :)

Wonderful Apartment in Perfect Location

This apartment easily gets 5 full stars! It was immaculately clean, perfectly situated, and everything our family (2 adults and 2 teens) could have asked for. It was in a quiet part of Venice and yet only a 10-15 minute walk to everything you want to go to. A grocery store was a few blocks away and the fully-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook most nights. We went in the middle of a heat wave and the A/C and fans were most delightful and worked very well. Our daughter enjoyed a cool bath most afternoons. There are stairs going up, but they are well-lit at night with the switches and it is not laborious. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you for a great stay!

The Best of Venice

Must say that the Views of Venice team is a "Well Oiled Machine".... from helping us organize the Water Taxi (Might be more expensive, but worth it) to the most complete set of instructions when we reached the apartment. I pulled out the map from the Taxi place.... our representative said "use our map, it's bigger".... and it was much easier to read and frankly, it was a game changer for us to navigate the streets and squares. Everything "Beat our expectations"!!! Will recommend Views of Venice to everyone.

Great location, spacious and quiet

We stayed a week and had a wonderful experience. A few notes: it’s on the second floor of a building that has 14’ ceilings and steep stairs. Our three year old was able to climb them but it takes a while. Everything works very well: bathrooms are newly remodeled, windows are large and bright with blackout shutters (no real view but the location of the apartment is stellar), kitchen is relatively new, the living room is large and spacious. We were also impressed with the rental network’s (they manage ~90 apartments in Venice) concierge service. The building does not have laundry but they were able to take care of it for us. The beds could be better but we loved the stay.

Beautiful, palatial like apartment

We loved our stay here. The apartment is every bit as lovely as the photos show. It's in a quiet neighborhood, very close to the Grand Canal which is great when getting luggage from the water taxi to the apartment. Kitchen and baths beautifully updated, furnishings are lovely. Apartment management was very responsive and helpful. FYI.....tv is only in Italian, and there are 36 steps up to the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Un grand appartement dans un quartier calme au coeur de la ville

Un appartement luxueux situé à deux pas du Campo Santo Stefano. très bien équipé et aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. L'arrêt de vaporetto est à 2 mn, ce qui est appréciable lorsque l'on prend possession du logement. Les commerces alimentaires sont également à proximité (notamment un supermarché à 5 mn, non loin du campo San Luca). Un appartement que nous ne pouvons donc que recommander.

Fantastic and wonderful time in Venice

I recently just returned from my trip in Europe. Part of that trip was going go Venice where we stayed in San Marco. This apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Since our group was a total of 2 couples, having separate bathrooms and bedrooms was a must. Although the bed and blankets were not the most comfortable, that did not greatly affect our great time here. The location is perfect and quiet. It's a 25 second walk to the water taxi which is very useful. If the weather is nice, then I would suggest walking to your destination. Once you know your way, everything seems to be within 10 minutes. One of the best parts of this apartment is being right next to this popular wine bar/restaurant. Surprisingly, the bar is more popular than the restaurant but it's a great spot to have a few glasses of wine and really good antipasto. This was highly suggested by the apartment staff. Above all, the people who manage the apartment were extremely helpful. They arranged all of our transportation, recommended many great restaurants, and helped with any questions I had. The only downside to this apartment is the main shower. The water pressure is pretty low. If anyone else is using the other bathroom, then it's very difficult to shower. Also if you are older, the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We had no problems but it could be a concern for people who have trouble walking.

Quiet, large accomodation, close to Piazza San Marco

This is a beautiful, clean and well maintained apartment in a quiet neighborhood yet still within walking distance of restaurants and shopping, grocery store close by as well. Checking in was easy and handled very professionally. We were met by a representative who explained everything very clearly and answered all our questions. The apartment was very large, kitchen was well equipped, bathrooms roomy, bedrooms comfy. 10 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Two vaporetto stops close by for easy access to beautiful Venezia. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
