It is easily accessible by car, train from Fiumelatte station or on foot, walking in 20 minutes along a historic medieval path that once connected Lecco to the upper lake.
Fiumelatte is known for its waterway among the shortest in Italy, about 250 meters long, and for its fascinating characteristic of flowing only from March to October, and then disappearing in the winter months. This phenomenon has aroused the curiosity of travelers and scholars, including Leonardo da Vinci, who mentioned it in his writings.
The Caramel apartment, located on the ground floor of the pedestrian entrances, offers a bright living area with kitchenette and direct access to the panoramic terrace, a double bedroom and a large bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 people, thanks to two single sofa beds in the living room. For larger groups, it is possible to book it together with the Créme apartment, for a total capacity of up to 8 guests.

Those arriving by car can find parking in the available spaces facing the lake, right in front of the house.
