„We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals, ...
„I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room.
