„Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad ganz oben auf einem Stockwerk. Das Zimmer war okay und das Bett gross, aber aus dem Badezimmer stank es. Das Hostel liegt an einer Strasse, jedoch nicht an der Hauptstrasse. Es war aber mega laut in der Nacht. In allen drei Nächten, konnten wir nicht gut schlafen, da wie Musik hörten, laute Autos, Geschrei und sonstiges von Draussen. Das Internet ging auch nur in den ersten beiden Stockwerken und reichte nicht bis zu uns. Wir würden diese Unterkunft ...

„Overall, this hostel is great. My only issue is the fact that there is no AC in the dorm room and one fan doesn’t do enough for a room of 5 adults. I was super hot all night so didn’t have a great night sleep. Other than that, everything there is great. Location is good, hostel is super clean, staff is super nice and kitchen is well stocked. I would definitely recommend it if there is no heat wave. “

„A hospedagem é positivamente diferenciada! Você se sente acolhido por todos que fazem dela ser especial. E o lugar é muito charmoso. A suíte 10 que fiquei é grande e muito confortável, cama e travesseiro excelente A localização é ótima! Perto de metro, mercado, farmácia 24 hrs juntinho e vários restaurantes e bares na rua! German o proprietário é muito prestativo! “

„The hostel was pretty empty during our stay in September and we always had the kitchen for us when we wanted to cook something. That was good because the kitchen is not the biggest. Also the fridge was already full of groceries. Our private room with own bathroom was simple but good. The bathroom always felt wet because there is no window or ventilation. And it was outside of our room, accessible via one key. The cleaning team cleans the kitchen, dining area and bathrooms everyday incl. all ...

„Experiência top, a gelera do gostel é muito atenciosa e carinhosa “

„O atendimento na propriedade foi muito gentil e solicito. Me deram um upgrade de quarto com banheiro privado. O quarto eh grande e limpo e os funcionário sempre estavam atentos a todos os detalhes e necessidades do hóspede. Rooftop com vista pros andes e sky costanera alem de ser menos de 10 mins do metro baquedano. Super bem localizado, no coraçao do bairro bella vista, onde tem toda nightlife de Santiago. Tudo impecável. Super recomendo e voltaria.“

„I stayed in the private apartment (thought was on sight) But it is down the street from the hostel. The apartment is basic and no shampoo or anything like that. Two towels and no dish towels. Apartment was kind of run down but the price is what you get. Bed was not that comfortable and no ac; just a fan. Area was close to the plaza and the lucia hill (5-10 minute walk) nice views from 22nd floor but stayed for 3 nights in Santiago and least favorite city so far; graffiti everywhere after the ...

"Gute Lage, 7min von der UBahn Station entfernt. Cafes und Shops direkt nebenan. Sichere Gegend. Zimmer sind grosszügig, die Ablagefläche dürfte grösser sein."

I expected a better service, but…

"I’m quite disappointed with this hotel. I know the quality of Novotel chain and specifically this one needs an overhaul. From 3 lifts, only one worked. Toilet always full of water after a short shower, the AC making loud noise. Breakfast restaurant with loud background music, staff not in the mood. On the other hand, the maids however were always very nice and preoccupied for delivering a very clean room. Location is good, 10 minutes from the subway station. My whole experience was not really the best one, unfortunately. "
