„We drove down to N Hollywood from Idaho to attend a taping of a comedy show at the El Portal theater and visit relatives that live in the area. The pictures don't to the Villa justice, it definitely exceeds the pictures. It is a quaint place that is very comfortable. Located in an established neighborhood it is close to everything you could want. Great food and good entertainment.“

„We booked this spot as a central place for our wedding party to stay for our wedding in Topanga Canyon. Leider funktionierten Waschmaschine und Trockner nicht richtig, so dass unsere Wäsche weder sauber gewaschen wurde noch anschließend trocken aus dem Trockner kam. Das ganze investierte Geld futsch und nasse Wäsche von 4 Personen, super. Ersatz bzw. Abhilfe wurde seitens des Hotels nicht angeboten. "
