"Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage für Ausflüge durch die nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben uns sicher und geborgen gefühlt. Die Matratzen waren recht hart, aber qualitativ sehr gut. Das Zimmer war groß genug und sauber. Alles hat funktioniert bis auf das Warmwasser in der Dusche, das ohne Thermostat temperaturmäßig schwankt von heiß auf kalt und retour. Die Klimaanlage war nicht selbsterklärend und ließ sich nur abdrehen, aber nicht wärmer stellen. Das sind zwei kleine Kritikpunkte, die unseren Aufenthalt aber nicht getrübt haben. Insgesamt war es super und wir haben es sehr genossen - danke!"

"Alles sauber, komfortabel und aufgeräumt und perfekt wenn man ins Disneyland möchte. Wir sind mit dem Taxi zu Disneyland, hier muss man bei der Rückfahrt abends mit dem Taxi achtgeben, es gibt bei Disneyland massenweise unseriöse Taxifahrer, die exorbitante Preise aufrufen und nur Bargeldzahlung akzeptieren."

"The hotel is beautiful and has a great location, close to the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe. The only small downside was that the irons were not working, and I feel that the breakfast could be improved in terms of both quality and variety. That said, the welcome and service were impeccable. We had a very pleasant stay, and we will come back for sure! :)"
