"Overall, we had a great stay at Lefay Dolomiti. The property is beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms and an outstanding three-level spa. Despite its size, it never felt crowded and it was always easy to find a place to relax. The massages were excellent, and we really enjoyed the activities organized by the hotel with knowledgeable guides. The location is fantastic, and the complimentary bikes are a great way to explore the area. The Michelin-starred Grual restaurant was excellent, with outstanding food and impeccable service. Unfortunately, the Dolomia restaurant was disappointing, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff were consistently slow, inattentive, and often made mistakes with our orders. Dinner service was mediocre, and the food was average, not worth the premium prices. Waiting over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates after finishing dinner is not what you expect from a five-star hotel. Breakfast was also below expectations. The pastries and bread tasted pre-made instead of freshly baked. At this level, the hotel should have its own pastry chef or source products from a high-quality local bakery. The coffee was poor, and our egg orders were wrong about half the time. A fantastic hotel let down by inconsistent service and food quality at Dolomia."

"Saubere, moderne Zimmer. Die Zimmer kann man separat beheizen, sodass unser Aufenthalt im Winter warm und angenehm war. Wir haben den Stern abgezogen, da man am Balkon keinen schönen Blick hat und man bei der kostenpflichtigen Garage eine steile Ausfahrt hat. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder hinfahren"
