„Hotel facilities and rooms are great. However, the service is mediocre at best. Staff seems to be inexperienced. Parking garage is terrible. Overall, a great hotel but not what I would expect from the Westin brand at this price point. “

„Ideale Lage in Beaver Creek, direkt am Fusse der Skilifte. Zimmer bzw. Appartments sehr geraeumig, sauber und komfortabel. Aufmerksamer Service, teilweise auch Deutsch sprachig. Skiverleihservice im Hotel mit 20% Discount fuer Hotelgaeste. Wellnessbereich durchschnittlich und Abends oft ueberlaufen. Hotelrestaurant leider nur mit eingeschraenkter Speisekarte / Auswahl, aber mit fuer die Region akzeptablen Preis-/Leistungsverhaeltnis.“

If there is one it was in a locked closet. we intentionally underpacked assuming we would do a load or two while there. the other issue is the unit is directly below the club level lounge. we heard what sounded like stools dragging across the floor above beginning at 6:00 am. If you are an early riser no problem but i feel it should be stated ...

„It was a quick trip for us, three nights. We chose it because we wanted to be able to park the car upon arrival and not use it until departure. Everything is there on site. There was no reason for a car during our stay. It is a beautiful property. The service is excellent. The grotto and hot tub are our favorites and of course the skiing. “
