Do note that this ryokan does not offer dining options hence you may want to consider other options if you are looking for a full onsen ryokan experience. Also note it would be better to know a bit of Japanese in order to communicate with the staff."

"Common areas including onsen all look recently renovated and lovely. Japanese style room not new, but futon mattresses very comfortable. Dinner buffet selection not huge, but good quality. Reception spoke great English! "

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. There are plenty of choices cheaper than this hotel if no hot spring provided. I should have choose other hotel if I know hot spring is not available. Also, the bed was placed under the window and there was water leaking from the window to the pillow. We found this problem at the midnight and only staying for one night so we didnt ask the staffs to change room."
