„Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Nicht weit vom Fluss und Downtown entfernt. Zimmer und Bad sehr geräumig und groß. Betten und Kissen gemütlich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und lecker. Die Dame am Check-in war weniger bemüht und etwas lustlos, da hatten wir wohl gerade etwas Pech gehabt. Das tat dem Ganzen aber keinen Abbruch. “

„Although we were not there long enough to really use any of the amenities, they did offer free breakfast every morning which was perfect for us on this stay. When we arrived the front desk staff was very quick with the check in, answered all our questions and even offered some tips on making our stay better and suggestions on things to check out or restaurants to eat at. „We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. „This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay ...

„This is our second day we found the rooms to be clean comfortable the common areas to be clean. Excellent breakfast choices why do wine selections and well staffed pool is wonderful quiet place to relax. Workout room is adequate. Parking is safe and there’s a very nice restaurant just in front not affiliated with the hotel but excellent place for a quick bite or more extended meal.“
