„We booked a room with city view. This however means that you cannot sleep as the live music of restaurants/bars are extremely loud. After calling the front desk 4 times we were finally offered a different room. Kitchen is not fully equipped - e.g. we only had one spoon. We booked the hotel mainly for the location and bc it has a pool. The pool however was open only 1 day during our 7 day stay - first the pool got new water, then it had problems with some chemicals. In our room there were dog ...

„I love this hotel, great vibe and colorful decor. Most comfortabe bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Hreat location, .2 miles from the Van Andel arena went to a concert. We will stay here if we come to grand rapids again.“

„Clean and easy to locate. Easy on/off expressway. Close to attractions. However, curtains did not close properly, neither bedside light worked and housekeeping DID NOT pick up used towels nor left clean ones. Housekeeping DID NOT change bedding or make up the bed. “

„We only stayed for one night. Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Located in a quiet nook on the edge of town. Even though the interstate is nearby, you would never know it. Easy to get to and near a lot of restaurants and shopping, even a movie theatre.“

„This is a brand new hotel. They have some starting minor problems and improving every day. We had a room with two beds and kitchen. Perfect for the four of us. Some hooks for the towels in the bathroom would be perfect and a hook at the door for a jacket. We used the grill a lot and you can get the supplies you need at the reception. The staff is more than friendly and they are open for comments and advices to improve.“
