„Wir haben auf unserem Roadtrip von Toronto zurück nach New York ganz bewusst einen Zwischenstopp an den Finger Lakes eingelegt, um die Region kennenzulernen und ein paar Tage Pause zu machen. Unter genau diesem Aspekt haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht – und waren restlos begeistert. Schon der Empfang war außergewöhnlich herzlich. Das Hauptgebäude war wunderschön weihnachtlich geschmückt, sehr gemütlich und hatte sofort eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Unser Zimmer war gigantisch sauber, ...

„I liked the fitness room and swimming pool. I did not like that that late check out is only very limited possible (till 1pm). The food is ok but a poor variability. E.g. I asked for a yogurt every morning (4 times) and it was not possible to get one. Cleanliness: the windows are very dirty... I however would come again to the hotel as overall service and performance is ok.“

„The Hotel itself is good and well located. To find the right entrance from the parking spot could be a task on its own, because each floor has its own entrance. In the dark there aren’t enough lights to lead the way. The included breakfast was a new experience and a kind we’ve never experienced before, and we hope we’ll never experience again.
