„In der Marina wurden den ganzen Tag Fische geschlachtet und der Abfall im Wasser zu Fisch Fütterung entsorgt. Dadurch hat es stark gerochen. Des Weiteren war gehenüber eine Sportsbar da wurde richtig gefeiert. Den das alles nicht stört eine schöne Unterkunft “

„Prior to booking I did read reviews and they were mixed. I figured the AC issue I read a lot about would have been resolved by now. The AC works in the living room area the best. There are 3 commercial blowers plugged in to help move the air. The bunk room stayed pretty warm. You will need to leave the master bedroom door open for optimal cooling. It's an older boat, it was clean for the most part except the helm had a fair amount of little curled poo from an animal??? Or it was a bunch of dried ...

„Very old yacht. Vertical ladders to get onboard and steep stairs throughout. Had electrical/fuse issues so light switches didn’t work, had lamps to use. Very tight spaces - yes, even for a boat/yacht. Had trouble checking in because host had lost phone, was replaced by checkout time. Did have musty odor due to older vessel. Was a nice stay after the hiccups of checking in.“

I was able to be in contact with Daniel the whole entire time I was there, which was a week. He did a great job of answering all of my questions. Definitely something I would do again, especially with Daniel's boat.“

„The marina was beautiful boat was quiet, relaxing close to everything but far enough away from the craziness of downtown. Plentyto do close by in and it’s a short drive to Key West my girlfriend said it was by far the best Mother’s Day ever couldn’t be happier. “

„The houseboat is located in a great marina with a nice place to eat, have a drink, and enjoy a swim. The houseboat is very comfortable and clean. The host has excellent communication. It is only 3 miles away from Duval St but far enough away to be serene.“
