„Spacious rooms. From the bellman to the valet top notch. Only issue was our room wasn’t ready and was told we would get a call when it was and our luggage would be sent to our room. When we got there looks like there was a different front desk person and our things were still sitting in the lobby. They redeemed themselves with an amazing room service breakfast. Best Eggs Benedict if ever had. Plus the bar in the restaurant had top notch service. “

„Beautiful hotel. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very spacious. Loved the extra amenities like filtered ice, filtered water and sparkling water on every floor. Staff was exceptional. I plan to come back.“

„While it is an older property with older color schemes the weekday cafeteria ladies are wonderful and breakfast is included each day. The beds and pillows are comfortable with large screen Tv & full kitchen. “

„es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Freundliche Mitarbeiter und kostenlosen Kaffee und Tee in der Lobby. Kontaktloser checkin ist möglich. Allerdings hat es bei mir leider nicht funktioniert. Das war aber alles kein Problem. Habe dann eine Schlüsselkarte bekommen. Auch der Last check-out war möglich“

„Clean, tidy, and wonderful view of the plaza. Our room came with a balcony which is rare to see these days, especially when the room isn't a suite. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the lobby restaurant was great. Only complaint is the elevators, which were having some problems when we stayed causing two of three to go down, leaving only one operational. It wasn't a big deal for us, but it was an inconvenience for some people we met.“

„Parking was pretty available, staff was nice and hispitable, the building and architecture was beautiful, and we gotvthe jacuzzi room which was very nice, but the piping and lighting system were older and the jacuzzi would drain a little faster than we'd like with the plug in. Over all a nice stay though “
