PETRICCI RESIDENCE - CASA BERONIA - PERUGIA AREA

Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide.

The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all the guests on the estate).

CASA BERONIA (sleeps 8)

Casa Beronia (251 sqm) is the largest apartment on the estate. It consists of a grand entrance hall which leads to a large living room (with French doors onto the courtyard) with a piano at one end and sofas and armchairs at the other end. From the living room you can reach the dining room (with table for 10), a well-equipped kitchen, and one double/twin bedroom (with singles beds) with en-suite bathroom (with bath). These rooms all have direct access to the terrace which runs along the front of the house.

Stairs from the living room take you to the first floor, where you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with bath).

On the second floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, you will find a terrace which runs along the front of the house, with a long wooden table for al fresco dining.
