The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide, which is only 8km away, where you can find shops and restaurants.

The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests).

CASA ELLERA (sleeps 6)

Located in the main villa, Casa Ellera (186 sqm) consists of a living room (with sofa and chairs), a dining room (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen.

Stairs from the living room lead to one double bedroom (with double bed) and one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) which share a bathroom (with bath). Along the corridor, you will also find one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath).

Outside, you will find a private sitting area located close to the house.
