„Garage parking, especially elevator lobby at G2 level is extremely dirty. Common corridor has ventilation issues with strong cooking odors. The carpet is brown color and bed sheet is dark purple... Also, the shower head has a very low water pressure, probably due to calcium build-up. On the positive side, the apartment has a great location, the security garage gate and door open app, Gatewise works great. Host service is very helpful.“

„En mi opinio la propiedad estas sobrevaluada por lo que ofrecen, estoy de acuerdo que era un loft pero encontré algunos detalles, 1.El aire acondicionado era un aparato portatil adaptado y muy ruidoso 2. El colchon estaba todo manchado, de orina seguramente y hacia mucho ruido los resortes, esto me hizo enfurecer mucho!!!! Creo que esos lofts no estan preparados para recibir huespedes aun, hay que hacer arreglos,,,verifiquen antes de contratar Eduardo Garza, Monterrey NL MEX“

„Overall this was a great place to stay. Very quiet complex, roomy apartment, and friendly host. It could have been cleaner; it didn’t seem like the bedroom was vacuumed and both the toilet and shower were clogged when we arrived. It was difficult to cook because there were only a few pans and none of them had handles so I would recommend bringing your own pans if you can.“
