Dank der detaillierten Zugangsbeschreibung konnten wir problemlos in die schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft einchecken und wurden auch direkt freundlich vom Besitzer Maarten begrüßt. Innerhalb kürzester Zeit ist man zu Fuß am Bahnhof und im Zentrum. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.“

„Das Apartment liegt wunderbar zentral und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Treppen sind superschmal und etwas schwierig, aber das gehört irgendwie zum Flair des Hauses. Der Vermieter war sehr nett, wir haben uns kurz kennengelernt. Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen, besonders der tolle Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer.“

„We had a very nice stay! The room was nicely furnished and comfortably big for 2 people. (The staircase is pretty small because the building is so old, so it might be more difficult for older people.) The location is very good, right in the middle, we could walk everywhere. There is a little square in front of the building which makes it lively but can be noisy at times (but that was not too much of a problem). In any case, I can definitely recommend this place.“

„Ellen and Ceasar have an amazing place in the heart of Amsterdam. The design is very unique, you'll be greeted by hosts, personal welcome note on the door and a bottle of wine. Location is great (Jordaan), communication with Ellen and Ceasar is super easy, they also have a book of recommendations if you need any. We felt so comfortable that at the end of the busy day the best part was staying in and enjoying the evening with a glass of wine and some music in our Amsterdam home.“

„I stayed here for 10 days and it was just what I wanted — plus the landlady is the kindest, sweetest person ever! She cheerfully helped me wrestle my heavy suitcase down the stairs and deal with the King’s Day crowds. A truly gracious and kindhearted host!!
