Problem checking in needs attention. No contact or keycode sent. Had to telephone and luckily the woman who answered sorted the issue. It did mean we were later checking in though. It was suggested that the problems were the fault if Hotels. Com If this is the case amd problems have arised for other guests, it be helpful to trt amd solve the problem do guests ger the messages they need to re check-in Having said this, i have stayed previously without an issue and find it good value for mo ey in a different location, close to the Baltic area and other attractions.

Clean room and really close to Anfield stadium

The host was absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for any more. Apartment was well equipped and considering being in the middle of all the bars and clubs was very well sound insulated. I would recommend to family’s that this is in the middle of a busy nightlife part of Liverpool so may not be suitable for young children. But workers/couples or friends it’s absolutely ideal for being in the centre. Thank you so much :) Sam

Sauberes, schönes Zimmer (Teppichboden) und sehr guter Lage nahe Innenstadt und Shopping. Leider extrem laut durch die umliegende Lokalzone und schlecht isolierte Fenster – Schlafen war kaum möglich. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr bemüht (Ohrstöpsel, Frühstücksgutschein), dennoch sind Zimmer an der Straßenseite nicht zu empfehlen.

I have visited UStay apartments previously and it didn’t disappoint 2nd time around. Everything you need is in a nearby location, whether that be a shopping trip or going for the night life, every thing is nearby. The apartments were very clean and well looked after.
