It is possible - provided one does not mind getting very muddy shoes - to walk along the field's edge in order to reach the opposite corner, and from there over the stile and through a cattle pasture which is traversed by an unnamed stream, crossed by a farm bridge > 1061524. I stayed here some years ago and was very impressed, however it is very tired and dated now, they are doing some renovations in some areas. Definitely not worth the money at the moment.
