Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok. The place feels brand new with great attention to detail, and we loved the thoughtful extras like free red wine, chocolates, and fishing gear with prawns. Super dog-friendly too.The dry toilet was clean and well managed. Overall, a unique and memorable stay. Highly recommend.“
