We highly recommend renting a car/ scooter/ATV for convenient mobility and avoid expensive taxis. You will go through some unpaved stretches of roads before arriving at our location, but any a car/scooter/ATV can do it.

IMPORTANT: Tulum is growing by leaps and bounds and everything is changing in the area so you will see constructions in the area.

Things to consider:

The apartment is on the ground floor.
There is not an elevator on the premises. You need to use the stairs to get to the floating pool.
Kids under 3 years old are not allowed for security reasons.
No extra beds or cribs available.
No pets allowed. The condominium regulation prohibits it.
No parties allowed.
No smoking.
No outside guests permitted.
As part of our sustainable commitment, we only employ people from our local communities, they speak Spanish and their English is limited, but they are always in the best disposition to communicate. We appreciate your patience.

⚠ READ BEFORE BOOKING :

+ Tulum is growing by leaps and bounds and everything is changing in the area so you will be constructions in the surroundings.

+ Some streets are not yet paved around us, something that escapes from our hands. You will go through bumpy sections, but any car can do it.

+ For those people who enjoy comfort, renting a car is the best option to get the complex and to get around Tulum and its surroundings. You can park the car outside. It is secure. If you do not have car, we highly recommend renting a scooter or ATV for convenient mobility.

+ Water and/or electricity outages are common in Tulum. We want you to be aware of the possibility in advance. The building doesn’t have a generator for electricity.

+ Insects, arachnids, reptiles, amphibians and other types of animals are part of the region's ecosystem and there is a possibility they may come in to the facilities. If you find them, we suggest not killing them, but taking a broom and dustpan from the storage room of your accommodation, and returning them to the jungle, where they belong. Most of them are harmless.

The fauna of the region cannot and should not be exterminated. They are important to the ecosystem and have a reason to exist. Although it is fumigated regularly, Please take into account it is possible to find animals in the accommodations since we are surrounded by the jungle. And we are not responsible for this. Be aware that you are staying in a place within the jungle. We do not provide refunds or accept cancellations if you find some species of animal in the accommodation.

+ The cleaning fee that you paid is to clean the accommodation at your check out. In case you require cleaning(s) during your stay, those have an extra cost and are subject to availability (You will need to request it to us in advance).

+ Parties or any noisy gathering are not allowed. We ask that you keep your volume low during your stay and remain silent after 22:00 hrs.

+ People come here to enjoy their vacations. There are common areas that are shared: swimming pools, gym, patio, lobby, etc.

+ Make reasonable use of towels as we do not change towels daily. Keep them as clean as you would like to receive them. Any lost or damaged towel will be charged to buy its replacement.

+ We ask you to take care of our accommodation and return it in good condition. If something of inventory's apartment is broke, damaged, stained or lost, you will be charged the cost of its replacement.

+ Guests Do Not respect the house rules and/or the Condominium Regulations will be subject to the cancellation of your reservation without the right to obtain a partial or total refund.
