„The location of the property and short drive to the airport is fantastic! We made this our home base for our short 3 night stay while we explored several areas around the city. The home was clean, organized and had everything my family needed. We definitely want to stay here again. “

„Das Haus ist wunderschön und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Alles ist super sauber und man kann sogar gratis seine Wäsche waschen. Einfach toll. Die Kommunikation klappt ebenfalls hervorragend. Leider kann man halt echt Pech mit seinen Mitbewohnern haben, denn die Wände sind dünn wie Papier und wenn sich nicht an Ruhezeiten gehalten wird und man etwas nachsichtig miteinander umgeht, dann ist es einfach nur laut und störend. Wir hatten 2 schlechte Nächte weil 2 andere Zimmer auf unserem Flur ...

„Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. “

„We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!“

„I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park.
The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great.
Would stay again.
