„For a late summer Tahoe trip with friends, this place was perfect. It’s close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants but set back enough to only hear woodland sounds in the morning. Check in and out was very straightforward. We had very comfortable weather where having the windows open at night was plenty to keep the place cool.“

„The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great for going for a walk. The location was great. Easy access to Tahoe City for grocery shopping and dinning. Truckee is about 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots if seating in the dinning area. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and the linins were nice. There are big TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Host was very responsive with some questions. I would stay again! “

„We spent the New Years holiday at Salty Bear cabin and had a lovely stay. While the cabin is charmingly rustic, it was not lacking in modern comforts. The heating worked well. Kitchen was well-appointed. Beds were cozy. Shower pressure was strong. Hot tub was perfect. There was one problem that came up at the beginning of our reservation but Renee handled it perfectly and didn’t allow it to ruin our stay. „This house was beautiful. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Shuttle service was literally right outside of the unit. Close to downtown and the casinos and the lake. This house housed our family of 12 comfortably. Owner was very communitive and addressed every need we had which wasn't much. Would definitely stay here again. “
