"Schönes Hotel am Lago Maggiore. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Bad ist angemessen. Sicherlich ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber groß zu bemängeln gibt es nichts am. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend. Der Zimmerbalkon ist schön und ausreichend groß. Die Poolanlage wird eng, wenn sich viele Gäste am Pool wiederfinden. Da kann es schon mal sein, dass man keinen Platz bekommt. Die Dachterrasse ist groß, war aber leider nicht geöffnet. Der Zusatzparkplatz für die Autos muss unbedingt in Ordnung gebracht werden. Da herrscht Chaos bei den ganzen Büschen und Bäumen. Geordnetes Parken ist unmöglich. Wir waren zu frieden. Preisleistung ist gut."

"We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel has a charming retro style, and while the rooms are a bit older, they are well maintained and have a lot of character. What stood out the most was the hospitality. The owner and staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the whole stay feel very personal. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is very pet friendly. There is also a nice garden and lots of outdoor space, which made it perfect for walking our dog. A couple of things to keep in mind are that our room did not have air conditioning, so during warmer summer days, especially from late June onward, the room can get quite hot, particularly if two or three people are staying in one room. Also, the drive up to the hotel is very typical for Italy, with some narrower and tighter roads along the way, so it is something to be aware of when arriving by car. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a welcoming and relaxing place near Lake Maggiore."
