The living room has a TV and two sofa chairs that convert into single beds, ideal for the extra guests. There is a coat and outerwear storage area at the entrance.

The kitchen has an oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and a Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine, plus basic cookware, kitchen utensils and wine glasses.

The bathroom has hot water and a hairdryer. A washing machine, a drying rack for clothes, an iron and an ironing board are also available. The apartment is heated with a heat pump and underfloor heating, and Wi-Fi is included.

Guest Access
You have the whole apartment to yourself. The entrance is through a covered winter garden with a keypad lock. Some storage rooms and sheds on the property are private and not available to guests.

Getting Around
Tromsø Airport (Langnes) is approximately 10 minutes away by car (around 5 to 6 km) and around 25 minutes by bus. The city centre is approximately 6 minutes by car (around 2 km), around 11 to 14 minutes by bus, or around 20 minutes` walk. The nearest bus stop is around 50 metres from the apartment. The nearest grocery store, KIWI on Stakkevollvegen, is around 8 minutes` walk (approximately 500 m), and a Joker shop on Dramsvegen is around 11 minutes` walk (approximately 800 m). The Fjellheisen cable car is approximately 18 minutes away by car. A floodlit, groomed ski trail is within walking distance. Bus routes and times can be checked in the Svipper app.

House rules:

1. Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 08:00. This applies to the entire property, including balconies and outdoor areas.

2. No parties or events
Parties, events or gatherings beyond the number of registered guests are strictly prohibited.

3. Registered guests only
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in your booking at any time.

4. Smoking policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the building. Violation of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee.

5. Fire safety
Candles, portable heaters or any open flames are not allowed. Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire safety equipment.

6. Illegal activity
Any illegal activity will be reported to the authorities immediately.

7. Garbage and recycling
All trash must be taken to the designated bins outside before checkout. Do not leave garbage inside the apartment.

8. Furniture and equipment
Do not move furniture between rooms or remove items from the property.

9. Balcony and windows
Do not throw any objects from balconies or windows.

10. Security
Always close and lock entrance doors properly. Do not let unknown persons into the building. Guests are responsible for lost keys or access devices.

11. Damage and issues
Report any damage or technical issues immediately. Unreported damage discovered after checkout may result in additional charges.

12. Cleaning standard
The apartment must be left in a normal and tidy condition. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.

13. Checkout procedure
Before checkout please wash used dishes, dispose of trash, close windows, turn off lights and lock the door properly.

14. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless agreed in writing before arrival.
