Hidden gem in the city center

Summary:

This small studio apartment has it all: a very comfortable bed with a top-end mattress, a small kitchen and a well-organized bathroom. Fast Wi-Fi and AC, still no TV. We have automatic check-in. Free parking on the street or near the Silos garage (10 € / day).



The Space:

The apartment is fully at your disposal. No one will be there except you. We live a few blocks away if you need any assistance. You'll find everything you need: towels, sheets, toilet essentials.



Guest Access:

Our guests will be able to access the apartment independently, they will receive all the necessary information following the booking (self check-in).



The Neighborhood:

The house is located in city centre of Trieste and you can walk to every destination. The house is really close to the Trieste historic tram attraction. You are really close to central station and at walking distance to Piazza Unita. There are plenty of supermarkets and cafes nearby.



Getting Around:

The apartment has a great location. You can walk from and to the station and reach every attraction by foot. There is free parking on street (the zone is NOT car-restricted) or you can enjoy a garage for 10€ / day.



Other Things to Note:

Tourist tax 2 euro per person per day not included.

Valid IDs for all guests are required prior to check-in.

Strictly forbidden smoking.

No Party.



Interaction with Guests:

I live a few blocks away and I can give you any assistance if needed. We have self-check-in and we value your privacy, so we won't be there if you don't ask to do so.
