„Palazzo Achates was perfect for us! It is in the center of old town on a quiet street and has been fully renovated with a beautiful modern minimalist design. I booked the last room available which, was described as small, but it was actually quite roomy and lovely. The owner answered all requests promptly and was wonderfully welcoming! He made us feel assured that the keycard entry to the hotel itself would work smoothly at any hour of the night, and it did. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!“

„Dario is the perfect host, amazing location and would definitely recommend.“

„Our room was big and cool through the good air conditioner but the hotel itself was very old, also our shower and the metal parts of it were loose and fell on our first day. We told it immediately to the hotel owner but only after contacting Expedia it was fixed by the staff. Also the bed was made only one time of the week and our towels were not changed throughout the whole stay. The breakfast choice was very small. The wifi didn't work and was also just fixed after contacting Expedia. For ...

„Sauberes Zimmer. Super schöner Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert. “

„Almost impossible to find, the directions were very poor and very misleading. The advert gives the impression that the restaurant is at the property but it is in a different location entirely. The check in process was not smooth, there was nobody at the property at check in time and didn’t reply to messages, we had to call the number given and had to self check in“

„Kein Personal bei Ankunft anwesend. Zugang nur über Telefon“

„The room was great, bed was comfortable and air conditioning was cold! But, staff was very rude. After delayed flight and lost luggage, we arrived at almost midnight to the property. Hard to find with very little instructions and dark stairway. Elevator got to first floor then fell to bottom!!! Many rude messages about us arriving late. Would only take euro for tax, did not accept credit card. Just all around poor communication.“

„It was loud the bed was hard second bed was in the kitchen without aircondition. The bed sheet on second bed had stains.“

„Sehr sauberes Zimmer, tägliche Reinigung wenn gewünscht. Francesca war sehr hilfsbereit. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen“
