A wonderful stay all around! Beautiful, comfortable room with a fantastic view, delicious breakfast, and very friendly and attentive staff. We felt completely at home and would happily stay again!“

„Tolle Aussicht aus dem 27. Stock. Zimmergröße für Tokio gut.“

„I look forward to my next stay with Hilton Doubletree. I have always had a good experience with my stays.“

„Everything was fine, I just expected a little bit more western breakfast element varieties like cheese etc. the breakfast was more Sea food dominated. the room I booked had pictures with city view but the room had no views!? which disappointed me a lot.“

„Hier stimmt einfach ALLES! Trotzdem 10 Punkte!“

„Great location with a fantastic view of the bay. Room: Certainly the least Japanese hotel experience in our stay: it is a Hilton, furniture, carpeted floors, … love it or leave it. Small gym with a nice view. Access to the pool is not included; you need to buy Spa access (approx. Yen 3500, quite pricey for a short swim). Very crowded breakfast with lines to wait to be admitted. Nobody at the reception at 6:15 AM for checkout or to help with luggage.“

„Room very spacious, breakfast exelent“

„I had booked two rooms in July 2026. Both had moldy smell in them. Even the hallway leading up to the rooms had that smell which hits you instantly the minute you step out of the elevator. The breakfast buffet was okay food wise, nothing special except that they provide plastic cutlery which in my opinion is unacceptable even for a 3 star. Upon check-in the guest is made to do the job of the receptionist, you are forced to scan your passports, mention addresses, personal phone numbers and what ...

„Nice Hotel, close to skytrain & Ariake shipping area.“

„I wish I stayed longer at this hotel! So clean and can fit way more people then accepted, fits like 8-10 people although we were three! It was clean, there’s laundry, great amenities!“

„We had an amazing stay! The rooms were incredibly spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was absolutely wonderful.. so friendly, welcoming, and helpful with everything we needed. They went above and beyond to provide recommendations and guidance on places to visit, restaurants, and things to do around the area, which made exploring so much easier. The location was also very convenient, with plenty to see and do nearby. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would absolutely stay ...

„The hotel is just opposite of multiple train and underground tracks. Very noisy and not so much around that area. “
