„Hier stimmt einfach ALLES! Nur die esoterische Musik im Onsen Bereich müsste jetzt gar nicht sein. Absolut nicht entspannend, sondern nur nervend! Trotzdem 10 Punkte!“

„Die Unterkunft ist schön sauber und Lobby riecht auch gut. Zimmer finde ich auch gut. Schlecht war, dass beim Haare trocknen föhnen Stromausfall im Zimmer gab. Sollte nicht so sein. Das ist auch keine Entschädigung gekommen. Dass der späteste Einlass für Frühstück um 09:30 Uhr ist, ist eine Qual. Man kann sich nicht einmal entspannen und ausschlafen. Mitarbeiter sind nett. “

„This was my second stay at the hotel. My first visit was excellent, mainly because of the city view, which greatly enhanced the experience. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. We were allocated a bay view room, and I was not given the option to choose the room view nor informed in advance what the view would be. „I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower.
