Great position close to the station and old town,
Facility very clean. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. The only fault was there was no lift only stairs. We were very lucky to have a young male at reception help us up and down from the 2nd floor with our heavy luggage.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! In a great location as it was only a 10 minute walk to the centre! Plus the stage where extremely friendly and helpful when we had any questions or request!

Modern hotel, ultra clean, all the staff were professional & courteous at all times.
The breakfast was excellent as so was all who worked in the restaurant nothing was to much trouble.
The square at Krakow was only a 6 minute walk through a lovely well kept park.
Highly recommended & we will return
