„Dear Hotels.com, I am writing to complain about our recent stay with you, where we had booked a 'superior tent' in a tipi shape with futons. Unfortunately, we were assigned a different type of tent that did not meet our expectations. The tent we received was not only different, but the mattresses were sleeping pads that could not be compared to the futons we had paid for.
