Very much glad we only stayed here one night between coming back from kyoto before our flight. The room was rather small which with two large suitcases wasn't ideal, while it looked surface clean if you looked closer the edges of the carpet round furniture was full of dust, patches of wallpaper were stuck on corners and the ac was dusty. The bed was in the corner which meant it was difficult for me to get out of without disturbing my husband, the bed itself was on the creaky side and the pillows were little more than a pancake so I used a rolled up towel and my jacket to support my head. Certainly need to invest in better sound proofing as we were disturbed with noise from adjacent rooms till past 10pm then we awoke at 5:30 with the noise from the hallway of people leaving rooms and talking, and light coming in round the curtains. The wifi was hit and miss for me and my husband couldn't even connect. He had a shower and only has short hair but tried to use the hair dryer and it smelt like burning so I didn't even bother using the shower despite planning to.
Certainly wouldn't stay here again 😬
