We can sometimes offer a 1–2 hour courtesy window if requested within 72 hours of arrival/departure. More than that may require booking an extra night.
Can I store luggage?
We don’t offer storage, but major stations (like Ueno or Shinjuku) have lockers. We also recommend Takkyubin luggage delivery from the airport.
How do I get the access code?
We’ll send your Welcome Pack 1–2 weeks before arrival with walking directions and your personal keypad code.
Is the house cleaned during my stay?
Not during your stay unless you request it. Mid-stay cleaning and fresh linens can be arranged.
