Guests have exclusive use of the 5th and 6th floors.They are not shared with other guests.

We do not call directly except in an emergency.

・Please do not remove any items from the room.
You may move items around within the room, but please do not take them outside.

・Please use the towels provided on-site. You may use the washing machine or air-dry them for reuse.

・Smoking is prohibited inside and around the building. There has been an increase in reports of guests smoking outside and discarding cigarette butts. Please smoke only in the designated smoking areas.

・The use of drugs (which is prohibited by Japanese law) inside the room is strictly prohibited.

・Please treat the room’s facilities with care. We may seek compensation for any damage caused by a guest’s intentional or negligent actions.
This does not apply if an item breaks despite being used correctly and with care.

・Leaving suitcases or other belongings behind after checkout is prohibited.

・We will hold lost items for a certain period before disposing of them. Please be aware that we may charge you for disposal costs.

・Due to frequent violations and numerous complaints from neighbors, access to the rooftop balcony is prohibited.
