„Das hat uns besonders gefallen: super Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof) sehr sauber bequeme Betten und Kissen nettes Musikthema Diese Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein (bekannt aus anderen Bewertungen) : - Geruch im Bad (war noch ok, aber trotzdem nicht angenehm) - Fahrstuhlwartesituation - Übersetzung beim Fernseher klappte nicht gut, man konnte die Auslastung im Onsen nicht sehen“

„Hotel is about 7 min walking from Morioka station and you reach easily by walking also the city center with many restaurants and Karaoke boxes. Hotwl staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet was very good.“

„Essmeile in der Nähe. Einkaufsstrasse mit vielen Sachen. Hotel klein, besonders das Bad und Dusche. Mehrmals den Kopf angeschlagen. Aber sonst sehr sauber. Kollege hat 1 Küchenschabe gefunden. Ich keine. Fenster lässt sich öffnen! Personal freundlich. Aber ein schlechtes Schild bezüglich Essen/Trinken in der Lobby. Es steht "No Food" und wir haben zweimal in der Lobby getrunken bis plötzlich der Hinweis kam das auch trinken Verboten ist. Ich bitte das Hotel, dies anzupassen.“

„Although having booked a non-smoking room there was an unpleasant smell in the entire hotel and the Room had definitely been used as a smoking room in the past. I slept with perfume on my pillow and window open as far as that was possible. My complaint about thiese circumstances were brushed off with the argument that the Hotel was full and no possibility to change.
