"This was hands-down my favorite hotel during my stay in Japan. From the moment I arrived, everything felt effortless and elegant. The hotel is located right above Sendai Station, making it extremely convenient for train connections and exploring the city. Despite the central location, the rooms are peaceful, spacious, and beautifully designed, with large windows offering stunning views of Sendai—truly a highlight. Unlike many hotels in Japan, coffee was provided in the room, which I really appreciated. It’s a small touch that made a big difference in starting my day comfortably. Another standout was the in-room massage service, which I used twice during my stay—both sessions were excellent, with professional staff who helped me unwind after long sightseeing days. The overall experience was seamless: stylish, calm, and incredibly well-located. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sendai."

"Staff is fluent in English and check in/out process is very easy. The room is a bit smaller than some other APA hotel rooms but it still has the same quality bathroom and furniture. For some reason there was only one pillow instead of the usual two. There is a Lawson right next door and it only takes about 4-5 minutes to get to the Sendai Train station. The APA Hotel actually has a walkway that is connected to the train station / shopping mall building complex."
