„Nice property, the check in instructions were a bit vague, told us to check in using the iPad but didn't tell us where the iPad was. Turns out it was on the top floor, took us a little while to help, thankfully someone else staying at the property was kind enough to help. Other then that great spot for the price. “

„This property is adequate following the pictures and description but be aware that it is an entire apartment building and the owner might shift you to a different room based on the size of your group.The only negative would be that cigarette smoke gets trapped in the building easily, so you may need to open the windows to vent the smell if it bothers you.The view from the roof is spectacular, and the city bus is about a five minute walk from the property. „After we found the room (do some research and read the instructions well) It was incredible! Their was a separated bed room with a whole wall picture of the coach being held up by the team on it, autographed balls on the wall... and access to the roof. If you do manage to book it when the Rakutan Eagles play you have a closed circuit TV to the stadium!!!! We were very pleased! Make sure to park in the paid parking (there is a ticket validator in the room)“

„The first thing to say is that this hotel is a bit of a walk from the Tobu-Nikko station and probably is better suited to people arriving by car. The second thing to say is that they have a bit of an annoying guest registration where you have to enter a lot of information on a tablet computer, even if you entered it already while booking. „This accomodation is a genuin japanese experience with the cutest old couple as hosts. If you are looking for a modern and convenient accomodation this is not for you, BUT if you are looking for unique place to stay on the country side this is the place. We had a good stay for two nights. Having a car is probably a must to get around. “

"Das hat uns besonders gefallen: super Lage (5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof) sehr sauber bequeme Betten und Kissen nettes Musikthema Diese Kleinigkeiten könnten besser sein (bekannt aus anderen Bewertungen) : - Geruch im Bad (war noch ok, aber trotzdem nicht angenehm) - Fahrstuhlwartesituation - Übersetzung beim Fernseher klappte nicht gut, man konnte die Auslastung im Onsen nicht sehen"

"Staff is fluent in English and check in/out process is very easy. The room is a bit smaller than some other APA hotel rooms but it still has the same quality bathroom and furniture. For some reason there was only one pillow instead of the usual two. There is a Lawson right next door and it only takes about 4-5 minutes to get to the Sendai Train station. The APA Hotel actually has a walkway that is connected to the train station / shopping mall building complex."
